Yes, all you need is an iOS tablet and you can simply download the orderPAD app from the App Store.
How long does the setup take?
The orderPAD can be set up in minutes! The technical setup is quick and very simple. It’s done by connecting the till and the orderPAD via the Wi-Fi connection.
Does a new menu have to be created for handheld ordering?
No, the orderPAD is connected directly to the EPOS till. All the menus, products and prices will be synced so you don’t have to worry about starting from scratch.
Will there need to be additional staff training?
Training is minimal, as the orderPAD sales menu mirrors the EPOS till. All the buttons are configured in exactly the same way so the staff can start using it straight away.
